These Superhero toys from Target are pretty awesome. If there was a Target in my state, I'd sure buy these just for the laughs. Next time, we have a superhero game, I might just play as Smasher.

Yes, that certainly would seem to be pushing the limits. I suppose they may be relying on the "we hope we're too obscure to bother suing" principle.
