Game: Zakhara in vWorld
Character: Ahmed bin Anwar bin Najib
Player: First eldritchknight, then od till the end
Opening Post: Zakhara - Bashir's Tale: 1005 Adventures
New Arrival
Death Posts: Mahasarpa: Ascension - Chapter 10: Lost and Found
Sacrifice
During the Crossover portion between Zakhara and Mahasarpa and after finding the figurines of wonderous power and completing the rituals to release The Lost One, a forgotten and defeated Deva of Mahasarpa it came out that the Lost One required a body to complete its acension back into the world. At first it was to be Rambad's, the dead Corsair, but Ahmed refused to allow his friend's soul to be lost as such, and so Ahmed, recently dedicated as a Farisan (Paladin) in service to The Lost One, offered himself as a worthy option. His friend the Imam Sayyid did the deed, and stabbed Ahmed in the heart, killing him, making his body ready for acceptance of The Lost One's soul.
This was a pretty sweet character death, and well worth the read on the events leading up to it.
