Gra'Nazz was a two headed ogre magic of the Stonemaul Tribe (formerly of the Smashfist Ogre Clan). An arcane caster, he joined the Talonbreakers during their tavels in The Barrens. The group saved him from a Kolkar Centuar attack as he wandered the Barrens alone looking for arcane knowledge. (Hey it wasn't that smart but he was an Ogre after all).
Gra'nazz barely remembers his homeland of Dranenor. He was the son of Muk'rall, Chieftain of the Smashfist Clan. The Smashfist Ogres were in a losing war against vicious Gronn. The Gronn had been terrorizing and enslaving the ogres, and, although terribly low in numbers, the Smashfist Clan was one of the few free clans. Muk'rall was eager when Blackhand offered Orcish support to free the Ogres. Gra'nazz was meerly 5 years old when what was left of his people joined the Horde and passed through the Dark Portal into Azeroth. Muk'rall fought ferociously in the First War. Haunted by his experiences with the Grann, Muk'rall was enamoured by rapid power achieved by consuming demon blood and he admired Cho'gall for his power and might. When, during the Second War, the mighty Cho'gall constructed the Altar of Storms, Muk'rall was eagerly one of the first volunteers. Muk'rall and the Smashfist were stationed with the Blackrock clan at Blackrock Spire when the Alliance armies, led by Anduin Lothar laid seige to the fortress. As the Alliance forces advanced, all available forces were called into battle. Despite being only 11 years old Gra'nazz was given preference as a two headed ogre and put before the Altar of the Storms and infused with magical powers. Gra'nazz went into battle following his father and the rest of his clan. They part of the contingent that guarded Doomhammer's right flank. They met fierce Alliance resistance. So Muk'rall called on the might of demon blood even more than he ever had before. He became even more mighty, but dark and careless. While embroiled in a battle rage, Muk'rall was struck in the neck by an arrow that was cowardly fired by a young Elf ranger named Taela Everstride. Upon his dying father's command, Gr'nazz retreated to achieve revenge. Gra'nazz discovered at that moment that demons and their arcane powers were dangerous. Shortly after the fall of Muk'rall, Doomhammer was captured. The Smashfist were all but anhiliated. Gra'nazz found a group of other Ogres and followed them off the battlefield. Gra'nazz quickly befriended an elder Ogre Magi, Draz'zilb of the Stonemaul Clan. Gra'nazz wandered through Azeroth with the Stonemauls until they finally separated, half staying and half travelling across the sea. Gra'nazz, seeing the domination by elves and humans, decided to board a juggernaut across the Great Sea. When he reached Kalimdor, he quickly proved himself a useful member as the clan constructed a new mound and carved out a territory against the Quillboar and Centaur. He contined hi studies under Draz'zilb, but was careful not to power his abilities with fel energies. Gra'nazz even helped his fellow ogres solve a riddle, which earned him the name "Gran'nazz the Crafty". Unfortunately after solving this riddle, his friends uncovered the location of Serathil, an ancient orcish axe. Serathil was then used by the wicked Kor'gall to kill many of his bretheren. Gra'nazz was spared because of his assistance. Gra'nazz despised the treachery of Kor'gall. Even though the ogre world was one based on power and strength, Kor'gall was a tyrant in his newfound role as cheiftain. When word was sent to the Horde for help, Gra'nazz assisted Rexxar with information and later fought the siege of Theramore Island. He has since been a strong supporter of the Horde.

He was eventually killed as the Talonbrekers raided a Kolkar settlement that was threatening their soon to be new encampment at Bale Modan. Immolated by a Kolkar Firecaller, the Ogre Mage was burnt to ashes in a matter of seconds! Ouch.
