Precious Cargo

The strange and deadly Eastlands are where wild elves rule. The fey have gone into hiding, or so it is said, and now only the mortal roam the Eastlands. Good and evil are of no concern. Only survival is important where death can come at any time and from any place.

The Sun Elf continues to fight with her staff, once again smashing it against the Sahuagin facing off against her. This strike does not kill the creature however, but does injure it further and cause more blood to flow down its scaled face.

Here spiritual sword stalks its prey and comes above a Poison Dusk lizard upon the Savage Horn. The blade sweeps down and cuts off the creature's head instantly.

The sailors' attempts to fight back, and are doing a rather decent job. The sailor standing by Curgas is bolstered by the fact the huge Minotaur stands nearby and drives his dagger into the stomach of the nearby Poison Dusk lizard and kills it outright!

The Kuo-Toa nearest to Curgas attempts to get close, but when it does, Curgas simply cuts its head off like he has done to so many other Grayscalers. The pile of bodies begins to grow before the mighty minotaur captain.
AoO: 26 + 1 = 27. Dmg 23, K3 Dead!
Another Kuo-Toa boards the Savage Horn but does no damage to any of the sailors defending her.
K3 Dead, K4 missed, all else just move
Finally, the large Dracotaur captain of the Grayscaler ship asserts its will. The elf standing beside Curgas has no chance as the large creature swings its spear down and completely impales the elf, flings the sailor over its head, and heaves the body to the ground some twenty feet behind the fray.

Hissing, the creature them quickly moves forward and comes after the Minotaur. It lurches forward and attempts to bite Curgas, but the minotaur ducks. Curgas then, at the last moment, spots the creature's tail come around and attempt to slam him with it. Once again the captain is able to avoid the blow by shifting his body out of the way.
Att #1 13-1=12, Success. Dmg 11-1=10, 10 Dead! Att #2 8, Miss. Att#3 9 Miss
The remaining Troglodytes just wait until they can get onto the Savage Horn.

Curgas is so engaged with the Dracotaur he barely even sees the large Blackscale on the enemy captain's heels. The Blackscale immediately swings a huge club toward Curgas, and the blunt blow smashes into the minotaur's right arm. The thick hide and fur prevents some damage, but certainly, at the very least, a huge bruise will form on that arm soon.
Att 19-1=18, Success. Dmg 17-2-1=14!

The strange Fey creature that serve as navigators upon many Grayscaler vessels attempts to round around the battle and get to Lizard. The huge scythe in hand it looks at the small lizardfolk with an evil glint in its eye. Where most of the Grayscalers have rage, this beast has malice.

Before the Redcap can do anything Curgas brings around his axe and actually slices it down at the unsuspecting Fey. The axe sparks to life and cuts across the creature's chest and throws it back and upon the ground dead!

Curgas' rage is beginning to fall as he once again realizes where he is at and what is happening. Seeing that Lizard and the fellow elf has this Grayscale vessel under control, the minotaur captain says, "Watch your back" and takes off in a charge towards the other ship.
Powerful charge to L4, if too far and need to wait until next turn, still the same attack

Lizard hisses to his captain, "Aye aye!" With one hand he reaches out and catches his returning dagger, and then makes as if he's going to stab the blackscaler in the shoulder with it, but at the last moment he brings his rapier around and strike at the stomach and softer belly of the beast, the feint is a classic move, but one that has worked for him time and time again.

Curgas turns, hops up onto the Savage Horn rather easily, and takes off to aid his sailors. He rushes toward the nearest Grayscaler and swings his axe into the creature. It has become a recurring theme, but Curgas's axe flashes in a spark of electricity and smites the Lizardman immediately.

Lizard makes a quick '˜half-move' forward. In response the large lizard flinches, looking to dodge the first attack that never comes. The second does, and Lizard drives his rapier into the creature's chest! The blackscale screams in pain and staggers slightly, but it never falls, even as Lizard withdraws his weapon from the creature's body.

Sailor Injured
Lizard is shot at by one of his kinsmen, but the bolt flies wide, elsewhere a poison dusk lizard injures one of the sailors at close quarters.
Sailor Injured
Silaqui continues to attack with her staff. She smacks the lizard-like creature before her again, but this time the trama is too much to bear and the creature slumps to the ground. She follows the first attack with a second, hitting another nearby Sahuagin that is engaged with a sailor.

Her spirtitual sword sword swings again, but this time misses its prey and leaves the nearby poison dusk lizard alive.
