The Shashakar hisses back at Shamad, "The child was not ment to be hurt, the guilty were punisshed for that! I assk mercy for our children in exsschange I may be able to help you." She stands tall on the ruinious wall, there is movement within, no doubt the young and old, visible through the holes in the wall. "The Yuan-ti are our enemiess alsso, we hatess them ass much ass you. We know where they are hiding. We know who they have captive. We know you can not find them without our help. Ssspare my children and we sshall tell you were you can find your ssswami." She leaps from the wall to the soft boggy earth with ease, using her large tail as suport. She does not step any closer however. "You have proven you are worthy warriorss, resspect you have earned of usss. We are fallen now, only a handful of my children are within, let them go and promisse not to hunt them and I sshall tell you what you need." Her lidless eyes never blink.

Ghanji looks from the Shashakar to the others. "Intresting offer. I seems perhaps they can be barganed with Shamad."

Azora turns aside to Shamad and Ghanji, "Yes, it does seem they can be bargained with. We need to find out where the Yuan-Ti are, where the Swami is. However, I think we should also require from them that they produce no more of the Lotus poison."

His crossbow has remained directed towards the ruins, even though he is talking with those nearby.

Their fight against the Yuan-Ti that had the Swami meant something. The Yuan-Ti don't have quite as strong a grip on the Lizardmen as they think. That's a good thing!

He looks to both Shamad and Ghanji to await their reactions to his new idea for the barter.

Shamad sighs, "Very well. Tell us what you know ... and your young shall be spared."

He only makes this offer, his eyes wavering over toward the posion-making contraptions. "Never are you to brew your poison, nor seek to harm our people again."

He nods, "Woe to you if our mercy is met with treachery."

Shashakar sways from side to side slowly, random hisses escape her lips from time to time as she listens to the men. "Your termss are acceptable to ussss. No more poisson..." She steps forward, standing next to one of the apparati and kicks the whole thing over into the bog. Grabbing a javelin stuck in the ground there she uses it to smash the bottles and vials and all the other delicate things on the stand. "Break the other, and then there will be only one thing left to do. First you want to know where the Ssssnakepeople have gone..." She begins to speak to you of directions in the jungle, northward and eastward it would seem. She speaks of landmarks that Ghanji knows of and times of travel. The directions are confusing for most of you that are unfamiliar with the jungle so far out of Bhalluka. Yet in the end Ghanji understands where you must go and says as much.

"I understand where we must go friends. It will be a long trip, one we must stock and resupply for. I'd suggest heading back to Pequot before setting out one more time." As the lizard shamaness speaks Toranoshi appears from the shadows of the jungle trees and tips over the other stand of brewing gear. He smashes the vials and bottles driving them into the bog to be lost by nature. "There! Only one thing left to do, isn't there Shashakar?", the dhuka speaks out. "Only one more thing to destroy to make sure no more posion is ever made by your tribe." Ghanji nods in understanding of the man's words and looks at Shamad and Azora. Then to Shashakar putting his bow back, and drawing out his Tulwar. "Are you ready Shashakar?" Its clear, that she is the last remaining lizardman that knows the secrets of the lotus poison, she must die or the threat will linger on.

Shamad nods, but stares ahead impassionately. "For your tribe," he says simply, his eyes floating around the campsite looking for any last signs of treachery.

"Let us be done with it then." He looks back to the lizardwoman, the last danger for many years from this tribe.

Toranoshi steps aside from the table where he just smashed the apparatus, falling down into a crouching position and raises his crossbow, now loaded with one of the bolts, dipped in the lotus potion. He aims the at the heart of the last remaining threat, if the lizardwoman now is a threat. In the corner of his eyes he watches Ghanji and the raises his voice slightly.

"Shall we end this then...?"

Ghanji looks to Toranoshi, and with an emtpy hand motions for the man to lower his crossbow. "She will die here, but let us meet her face to face." The Shikari has his own Tulwar out, not his bow. "You die today Shashakar so your tribe might live!" He looks to Azora as well, "Put away your bow Baladhara. We shall take her life face to face!" With a look hard to read on his face, Ghanji motions for Shashakar to come foward, "Come! It ends here!"

Shashakar tips her head ever so slightly at the Shikari and others. She spins the javelin around in her hand deftly and starts to close in ever so slowly, "For the Stained Scale!" She cries out and charges head long at the four men!
Both Azora and Toranoshi have time before she charges to drop their bows and draw melee weapons first if they desire to. Or they can fire at the shamaness instead. Initiative Rolls:Shashakar 19, Azora 17, Ghanji 16, Shamad 9, Toranoshi 8

Shamad frowns, thinking that the lizardwoman should simply been beheaded.

He says nothing, but he is certainly angered, knowning that anything could happen and one of the party could be injured badly or killed.

Moving quickly, he drops his bow, that was in his off-hand. He sweeps his tulwar quickly at the Shashakar's head, attempting to take off her head and allowing this to end, finally.

Toranoshi lets go of his crossbow and wields the choora. His eyes falls quickly upon his companions and then his face locks up in a cold grin, and he appears to be concentrating on the threat that charges towards him and the rest of the group.

...Let this end now....let me be unseen...

And so the man vanishes from where he last was seen. Though invisible he moves to outflank Shashakar, in hope to deal a deadly blow to the back of the woman. Unworthy it might be, still it can do the job.

As the lizardwoman shaman begins her charge, suddenly Azora's crossbow disappears, his straight blade taking its place in his hands. His manner snaps back into focused concentration. Focus upon the only remaining threat from the Stained Scale tribe of Lizardmen. They might yet live beyond this encounter, but this threat definitely is not going to.

Purple fire begins to race along the edges of the blade as he swings with a low sweep, aimed to take the legs out from beneath the Shaman.
