"Do not be merciful, do not waste yourselves on these pitiful foes," Shamad says. The man moves forward to get into a position where he could attack if needed, but more than likely the bloodguard will be dead before he gets a chance.

Janak delays a moment until after Ghanji has a chance to act. It was better for him not to expend energy with an unknown amount of fighting ahead of them.

The Fight Is Over

Ghanji moves and fires an other arrow into the last of the broodguards. The already badly wounded yuan-ti mutant dies to the arrow in its throat. That is the last of them now and the jungle around you is only filled with dead bodies.

"Ghanji," Shamad calls out, replacing his blade, "We need to find the entryway quickly. These broodguard will eventually be noted as missing and they will come looking for them." The time table for this missing has just gotten shorter.

As the last of the histachii fall dead, Karunama sheaths his swords. He leaves the spiritual ally in place in case any other surprises occur in the short time the being has left with them. He says, "I am willing to take a look out position while we look for the entrance. Do we think it's nearby? I can climb a wall or a tree and keep watch while we look if it is, but if we're going to be moving that doesn't make sense."

Ghanji moves about pulling out a few arrows from the dead to reuse them. He puts a boot to the face of one and yanks hard pulling out an arrow from a throat. "I think its on the far side of the ziggurat. We need to go around and come at it from the other side."

"Then we should get moving," Shamad says simply. He nods to Ghanji and is ready to follow whenever the man starts for the other side of the ziggurat. Considering the distance of the entryway, he ignores Karunama's offer which would do them no good this far away.

"Right," Janak agrees, "Let's get moving."
