Toturi III is dead. The Empire is left without an Emperor. Toturi's wife, Toturi Kurako, rules as the Empress until her husband's written wishes can be found and acted upon.
With the Emperor dead, others seek to gain power. One such man is the Khan of the Unicorn Clan, Moto Chagatai, who currently lays siege to the Imperial City, Toshi Ranbo wo Shien Shite Reigisaho.
Squaring off against the Bokemono in front of him Hideki stays focused on what he is doing, knowing if one of the three fall, they likely all will. Using the opening left to him by the creature in front of him Hideki flashes the odd Gaijin sword forward at the Bokemono, hoping to drop this one quickly.
Gidayu focuses on the biggest threat. He makes a precise blow, the katana tearing through the old samurai armor covered in unknown black markings.
Blood flies across the hallway onto the other bakemono, but only illicit a scream from the larger one, baring its fanged teeth and spitting all over the place.
The larger goblin swings the rusty katana more violently, losing itself to its bakemono-ways. The blade cuts a gash, though the Kuni's armor, along Gidayu's left shoulder. The pain flares up, obviously dealing him an injury even as he is fortunate his armor took much of the blow.

The injured bakemono tries to get to Hideki, but it cannot. A new bakemono charges Yaso, his claws just barely connecting with the cheek of the samurai but doing no overall harm. A thin line of blood flows from the small cut.

As the filthy creature lashes out to draw blood from his cheek Yaso retaliates imediately burrying his blade in the creature and withdrawing it from the carcass in one fluid motion.
Rince and repeat I guess. Attack Stance. Rolling 7k2+23 for attack (+15 from pposing full attack) and using his 4 free raises for additianal damage to roll 8k4+3 for damage. Use Void to Soak any wounds beyond 8 damage.
The Kuni grimaces in contempt, the pain of his body barely registering as he prepares to finish this disgrace of a life-form in front of him. As soon as it lost control and attacked wildly, it showed that it was no better than its smaller, more feral brethren. Gliding into the gap presented by the goblin warmaster, his katana arcs smoothly and violently towards the unprotected belly of the monster.
I believe it is in full-attack, so I get 3 free raises against it. I would like to use 2 of those free raises for an extra attack, and the last raise to lower the TNtobeHit, just in case. Don't want those two attacks missing.

Gidayu retaliates against the massive goblin. His first strike cuts a massive gash into its stomach, causing it to double over. The second is a downward chop, cutting off the head of the creature and ending its threat.

Hideki stands tall against the tainted creature he faces. He hasn't been taking them down as fast as he would like, though he's done well avoiding their attacks for the most part so far.
Swinging the Gladius again at the Bakemono in front of him Hideki hopes to knock it down quickly, and prepare for the next one.
Two raises to hit, one to damage...
By the way can we see how many there are? If Hideki is too busy to tell that's fine, he's not going to ask the next one to wait to attack while he counts them all.
Hideki swings his blade and it catches the bakemono across the throat, dropping it instantly.

The bakemono are in a rage. The two the move forward, standing on heaps of dead, lash out at Yaso and Gidayu but miss badly. Hideki is not so fortunate as on of the terrible claws tear a massive gash across the ashigaru's face. Blood pours into his eyes, making it difficult to see.

Seeing that his brave companion has been injured by the foul bests Yaso steps up on one of the corpses to cut down another before they can do any more harm. Hatred for the Shadowlands begins to well up in him and his attack becomes more feverent.
