Ok, thanks. I shared his sheet with you.
As a heavy weapons specialist the following actions might be interesting:
half actions: Brace Weapon (in the current combat, you already have), aim (for +10), standard attack (shooting), reload (put in new missile. Do not forget to say what kind of missile you want to take), move (move your agility bonus in squares, ie the tens digit of your agility stat).

IIRC you have one krak missile left (high damage but no blast radius, eg. against vehicles, armored stuff or against very annoying foes),
and 8 frag missiles (low damage, blast radius, so you damage all around the point hit).
