Character Take Over in 5e Campaign
I'm going to highjack this thread too.
Since Fishybugs is gone, I have a Cleric for a different 5th Ed game that could use a player too in my Akarian Dawn game.

I'd be willing, but bear in mind it would be my first D&D 5E game.Scout89 wrote:It seems we have lost yet another player. I'm beginning to think there's something wrong. Oh well! Who wants to take over the half-elf rogue Glorondal?

New Character: 5th Ed, Akarian Dawn
Hey all,
viewforum.php?f=897
Akarian Dawn is a 5th Edition D&D game set in a homebrew world based on an old MUSH that Tetnak and I used to run. We have recently lost the group's cleric and would be up for a new one, or to be honest, any other character. The group is currently 4 but a 5th would be nice.
We have a Warlock, Bard, Fighter and Rogue: Swashbuckler.
In the deep south an unlikely people have risen up against tyranny; against the Demon-Lord Raughir. In Akar, and the capital Tenigul these people begin their lives anew, paying a heavy price for the sins of their ancestors. Can these people gain salvation against the past they once knew and the age that now befalls them? You could almost think of it like, "What happens to Harad/Umbar/Southrons after Sauron is destroyed" sort of setting.

I kinda do, but I kinda don't.
If this used any non-d20 system I would be on it like white on rice.

After reviewing the 5E Players Handbook, I'm interested in making a character for this game. I see the group lost a Cleric, of which I have little interest in playing. I was thinking a Monk class. If that is okay, I will move forward and create a guy. If it must be a Cleric, I leave it to someone else.

You do not need to be a Cleric. Welcome Eilandor.
If anyone else goes want to join as a Cleric, I'd allow even 1 more member to the game.
