I think the Humble Bundle for Rogue Trader is still up. It's active for another 2 days.

So we are nearing the end of the chapter! I know strange....

I'll be posting some XP awards for the old guys (and a little for the new) so you can start to think about spending it. I'm not sure exactly how much yet, but it should be enough for a little tweaking.

I guess I must have misunderstood the rank our new characters were starting out at, but I only spend the basic 500XP during character creation... How many XP should I have?

Okay, sorry I thought I was starting out at Rank 1... Give me a few days and I'll get him 'leveled-up'.

My bad, I was swamped during alot of this start up for you guys, so I wasn't as helpful as I should have been. No problem

My biggest benefit is getting Psy Rating 5. Opened up Divination (going in the path of Mentor). Took 'Personal Augury'. And Dark Soul, which means I take half the Corruption Points I would normally when encountering compromising icky-ness.

It took a big think for me, but I'm going with
Weapon Skill Simple (+5)
Intimidation
Bolt Pistol Training

That comes to 450xp total.

WS and Pistol are in preparation for a Seraphim build. Intimidation is for when we have to get anti-social (There you go guys, that's my "Fellowship" skill, lol). My Weapon Skill after the +5 will be 37. I wish I didn't need both WS and BS to prep for Seraphim, but let's face it, I probably need it regardless. Situations will arise, as you do.

Also, a thing I missed: I forgot to add Pure Faith to my sheet. It's a starting talent for the Battle Sister, so that is properly listed on my sheet now.

Flavor question: does the talent Dark Soul manifest any different for the people who can sense that kind of thing? Is the change noticeable at a surface level? That might provide some interesting banter if Merica can tell right away that something has changed.
