Haxtes draws his laspistol, "So it appears," he answers, moving toward the door and attempting to hear if anyone is inside. He is ready to shoot anything that comes through the door, or probably down the hallway for that matter.

Haxtus and Jericus both pause, the Tech priest draws his laspitol and both men listen. There is some shuffling going on inside the door. It sounds like someone rummaging through Saul's belongings. You can't be certain how many of them there might be in there, or what the place looks like from your position down the hall.

Haxtes immediately moves through the door, throwing it open and aiming his lasgun at whatever is in the room. He is prepared to shoot if there is any retaliatory response.

Moving quicker now than anyone has seen him the Tech Preist charges into the room and kicks the door open. His robes billow out around him and his various tubes shake and jiggle. The door swings open to reveal a pretty standard 8 meter square hab. The hab has no other rooms, and is a single chamber that serves as the entire home. The door swings and there is a loud **OUMPH** as it crashes into someone standing behind it. A thud is heard as the door knocks the person to the floor from the violent motion of it.

No one else is the hab.

The Tech-Priest spins and points the weapon down at whatever the figure is. His modulated voice speaks without emotion, "Do not move, movement will likely end up in your termination."

Spinning around Haxtes levels his weapon at a frightened and shaking young woman. The girl clutches a sack to her chest, and glups down hard, "P..p..p.lease don't shot me!" When she looks up, pure terror in her eyes, you both instantly rexognize her as Lily Arbest, her picture is included in the Data Slate information you have gone over a few times. It looks like you just found Saul's younger sister.

"Stop speaking," Haxtes says, "And you will not be shot." The Tech-Priest keeps his laspistol leveled but allows Jericus to do the questioning.

Jericus follows the tech priest into the room, his own snub pistol drawn.

"Who are you?" he snaps at the woman, glancing at her and then looking around the room. He knows full well who she is. But the person he's supposed to be doesn't.

The woman is frighted, extremely frightend, and rightly so, two men are pointing guns in her face. "I'm Lily Arbest! D..d..d..don't shoot me! Please." She clutches her bag tight to her chest, her knees up to the bag and she huddles in the corner of the room.

Jericus quickly puts the pistol away. "Ms. Arbest," he says in a much friendlier tone, "you must be Saul's sister." He reaches out a hand to help her up. "I apologize for our reaction." He smiles. "But my friend and I didn't know what to expect." He looks over at Haxtes and says, "it's okay. She's not a looter."

"Once more," he adds to Lily, "I'm sorry if we startled you. But hearing you rummaging about, we were afraid that you were one of the scavengers who prey on the unfortunate." He smiles again. "You see, we were -hmm- ..." Jericus pauses and looks at the ceiling for a moment. "Shall we say 'business associates' of you brother," he continues. "And as such, we're concerned about his remaining estate." Calling the apartment and the little that remains in it an 'estate' is ludicrous, he knows. But he also knows that's just the sort of ironic statement a petty crook would make to sound more refined than he actually is.

"May I say how sorry I am to hear about Saul's death," he adds. "You have our deepest condolences."
