BC2010: NEW Brencon Location poll. Please Vote!

This poll overrides the previous poll (found here: https://brennor.dyndns.org/rpg/Forums/v ... =4439.html ). There are now only two choices:

• Jigglypuff's backyard, with wedding tent. We did this in 2008 and it was a lot of fun. It could get a little cold, but was not cramped at all. Things ran well. JP and Idderbell are awesome and didn't kill us. And they've offered the space agian. The down side is that Inclement weather has an effect, and the Economy has had an effect on the admins, and we cannot pay for the tent completely out of our own pockets again. we will need to charge a $10 entry fee for the con in order to use this option.
• Jupiter Games, a local gaming store. We haven't tried this before, but these guys are interested in having us. They have walls, a ceiling, heat, and gaming supplies available. This option will eliminate our ability to do the traditional Speidies dinner, but cold-cuts and stuff are probably ok. This option will probably bring in extra people from the local community who may become site members. If we do this, we'll have to charge a $15 entry fee

We're thinking of doing some kind of pre-reg discount to cut these entry fees by a couple of bucks, but we haven't hashed that out yet.

Please vote for an option if you think it is even remotely possible that you'll be coming to Brencon 2010.

Sorry about making everyone revote, but it was the most simple way to fix the poll.

Folks can kind of think of this as Round 2 of the voting. Brennor wanted to remove his house from the running for his own reasons, and it seemed like a good idea to let those 3 folks have some sort of revote.

I think we might be willing to keep the polls open a bit longer than the end of a holiday weekend, but the closing will be soon! Vote so we don't have to see anymore of pyg's promotional posters! You never know, you might be next on them!

Alright, looks like the game store has the vote. I'll work on getting them lined up for that weekend now. They'll also be advertising the event for us too. Perhaps we'll gain some new members before the con.
