With a sudden start you wake up laying on the mat provided for you in the Seal Chieftain's home. The last memories you have are of the battle with the Rimefire Eidolon. You wake with a start realizing that all of it was a dream, or more correctly a nightmare.
The sound of Vibrika rising in her own room is heard while Flint Striker and Lehros are waking in the common chamber. The others, Saeldur, and the Wolfbrothers remains sound asleep.
This is the spin off thread for those that died in the Rimefire chamber! Woohoo you aren't dead!

Vibrika wakes with the cold hand of death still squeezing her lungs and gives thanks for the warm bed she's in. Panic still grips her as she jumps from the bed and races in to the room the others sleep in. She is filled with the need to see if they were spirited away from here or what. Perhaps she can let them know that she is in fact fine.
The noises from the other room give her hope that hte others are also fine.

"Vibrika!!" he yells, Lehros wakes with an frozen feeling in his spine last he remembers he was trying to save his half sister.
he jumps up, spins in a circle looking around the room in panic. Lehros darts to a corner, seeking refuge. he spots his family sleeping. he starts to shake from his disorientation, reaches for the silk, finds it in his pocket, just where it belongs.
"Lehros, I am here. " she says upon entering the room. It appears the others have had a rude awakening as well. She moves to them all and smiles broadly. "I am so glad it was only a dream. It would be such a waste to have perished so soon after our meeting."

"We should not wake them I think. It's clear to me that we were being tested. We should give them the chance to finish." She moves towards him, "You tried to save me? Thank you. Not many would risk their lives for someone they have only just met- regardless of relation. You are a truly good man. Thank you."

the others sleeping, he nods his head, "strange test"
Lehros backs away as she asks her question, shyness creeps in.
He nods his head.
he wants to say how he feels much for her, for his brothers as well. he swallows, sweat forms on his forehead, he lowers his eyes and prepares to say all that he feels.
Johnny's awway post suggests he's AFK for a bit, posting for him
Flint Striker sits up last and looks around the chamber. He is shivering, uncontrolably. Silently he reaches for some wood and places it on the fire in the chamber. He warms his hand by it and looks at the other two awake. It appears he's in a bit of shock, his system unable to resolve the issue with him dying and not being dead for a while. Warming his hands the Bear Clan son of Kylorin glances at Lehros then back at the fire.

"Would you care to eat? I've checked on the others, they still sleep." Her offer of food comes automatically- as though she is relying on pattern and past comforts to get through the shock herself.
