I'll start the game in a few hours. We'll have nine players unless anyone else wants to join.
There'll be no pming in this game just like the last (including between the wolves though they'll know each other's identity). And villager roles will only be revealed if the village kills them. Otherwise you'll only find out they weren't a wolf.
I'm thinking of having two wolves, one seer, and one bodyguard.
Befitting the scenario I'm thinking of adding a lunatic. The lunatic is told they're a seer but their nightly scan's result will just have a 1/6 chance of revealing someone as a wolf, irrespective of what they actually are. The real seer and the lunatic will not know which role they have until deaths confirm or disprove their scans. Just to make clear, the lunatic player is still on the village's side and if they can realize they're insane they'll stop scanning. What do you think?

I think having 4 specials is too much for a game this size.
I think the lunatic isn't worthwhile in a game like this. The longest the game will likely run is 7 rounds...meaning the odds of the lunatic ever getting a right answer are pretty darn slim. Seems like it really will just serve to make things harder for the villagers....which past games have shown we don't need at this point since werewolves are consistently winning.

You're right od. Oh well, would be fun with a larger group.
One sage one bodyguard. Sounds good?

Can always try it and if it doesn't work no harm done.
In the BrenCon games we didn't get into anything fancy, 3 Werewolves, 1 Sage, 1 Bodyguard.
I have set Deadman as Moderator so he can run things.
I'm ready.
