Likely doable for me. What sort of sheet do you want? The one I created is based on 4E and wouldn't be suitable for 3E.

3rd-I, what would you say the cost of a Claim to Hospitality from other doctors and medical men would be worth? I'd like to take that to cover the camaraderie of medical types. Basically it would mean that he'd be able to find a friend and a place to stay with local doctors/hospitals, and possibly even local apothecaries, etc. It seems better than the 2 point example, but not quite as good as the 5 point example.

It lists "every merchant in the world" as an example of a 10 point claim.

I'd say "every doctor in the world" is closer to this example than the 2 and 5 point examples.

Since there are many fewer Doctors than merchants in the world however, I'd say you can have it for 5 points.

On second thoughts people might want to use GURU, which is a free GURPS character creator, I've used it in the past and been very happy with it.

What would be the relevant Area Knowledge locations for the skill?

Well the characters will be based in they city of Calcutta.

If you wanted a more broad area, its part of the Presidency of Bengal.

You could end up anywhere in Asia, but that would be telling.
