You want to head toward the door? You'll have to cross 20 feet of uncovered space.
Behind the trees, Martin pulls his revolver. He knows this is likely to get hairy. There's no way Kyle is going to come peacefully. No way in hell. In the distance Martin can hear the sounds of horses coming up the trail toward the house ...

Martin seeing the open area decides its probably best to stay hidden for the moment, but peers through the windows to see what he could possibly see.

Martin doesn't see anything specifically. He's at an odd angle, crouched down the way he is. He's going to have a hard time seeing anything in those windows from here, unless someone is hanging out of them trying to shoot him.

The horses are getting louder.

Martin readies himself for the ensuing raid/shootout. Notices the horses getting louder. Jeez, any louder and they'd be ringing bells. Well if that doesn't wake those drunken louses nothing will. Keeping an eye out for any movement in the house namely Kyle's location.

Strangely enough, no one rushes out the front door as the horses become visible on the hill leading down into the pass. Martin could have climbed up here for nothing ...

The lawmen start to dismount.

Crap, should've planned a little more before climbing that canyon wall....oh well. Sounds like Eddy and the crew are here now... just need to stay safe and wait for my moment.
Here's hoping Kyle's here.

The lawmen don't head straight for the front door. They are smarter than that. Eddy slowly does move forward, however, as the other three start to flank him and come around on the house. Eddy already has his revolver drawn and ready.

"What the hell?" a man yells. Front Martin's vantage it is hard to tell exactly what's going on, but he can hear at least.

"Lay down that shotgun!" Eddy yells.

"Wha? Who are you?" The man seems drunk.

"Lay it down, we're the law!"

"Law?"

There's a silence, one of foreboding...

OOOOH a foreboding silence lol.
Martin listens well and keeps his pistol primed. Ready to shoot anyone who pops out that back door.
Martin readies Deadeye. And will fire at the legs of anyone coming through (as to keep whomever runs out alive)

Martin 5.5, Lawmen 5.25, Bandits 4.75
Martin levels his revolver toward the door, waiting for someone to exit out the back.
Martin
Opportunity Fire (Hex before the door).
Will target legs
The Lawmen each have their guns ready and look to do what they have to when the drunk man reacts. They each wait for the moment, however ..
Wait
The drunk guy jerks up his shotgun and Martin hears it thunder. Unfortunately for the drunk asshole, he doesn't hit anything, not even close.

When he raises his gun and shoots, the lawmen react, sending a hail of bullets his way.

Three of the lawmen shoot the guy, with one missing, his bullet smashing into the house. The shotgun wielding man is thrown of his feet, dead instantly ...
3 hit. He's deader than a doornail
No one comes out the back door as of yet ... therefore Martin ...

Not sure about movement in this game. So I'll see what i can do.
Martin hearing the clamor from the front of the house decides now is a good time to move and begins to move towards the door keeping his pistol aimed at the door for anyone who may pop out.
Martin moves closer to the door still aiming for legs if anyone pops out.
