The Order of the Sightless, priesthood of Raughir known throughout Drakkar, is present in Carnac--though only a dark rumour of its existence ever reaches the ears of most citizens. Those foul Dark Priests who do enter into the Free City are known by their black robes, and utter devotion to that most Evil of beings.
It is whispered throughout the City that the Noble, Athaval Dan'Tarien, has secret dealings with these fiendish men, and even that they have a Temple hidden somewhere in the warren of alleys and shadows that is Carnac. None swear to the truth or falsehood of this, however.
