Earth, 2021. An alien race known as the Skree has ruled over the planet for the past 20 years, subjecting the local populace to the sadistic whims of their most brutal reign. Fed up with the decadence that now surrounds them and fueled by their own personal desires, these young heroes have decided to try and make a stand for humanity, once and for all.

Luke nods and waits the appropriate time, then transforms into Cobalt. His skin taking on a blue tint as he grows and his muscles expand well past the point of a normal body builder. Muscles rippling he turns his ire unto SMM.

Ookami nods, "Sounds like a good plan. See you both after hunt." And with that, he sets off, making his way as stealthily as possible into TL's apartment.

Uhm, going with the flow and being creative with this one. Chanur never said 'how' he was going to attack the crackhouse ;)
[Raging Tiger's Stealth Check, d20+12=15, Meh.]

[Ookami's Stealth Check, d20+12=29, Nice!]
Their plan set, our heroes quickly spring into action.

Ookami and Raging Tiger make their way down the fire escape and prepare to cross the road. They spy an entrance to Tough Luck's apartment but scant yards away. The entrance itself is guarded by two members of SMM.

Five minutes later...

"RRARRRGGGHHH!!!" cries Cobalt as his body transforms into a blue monstrosity. The azure avenger quickly strides forwards and leaps across the street and unto the top of the former lumber-mill, now turned crackhouse.

*THUMP!* *THUMP!* "RRARRRGGHHH!" *CRUNCH!* *CRASH!* The blue behemoth's bulk easily sunders the roof of the building and down he goes, crashing through the first two floors of the structure proper. The panicked sounds of angry gang-members soon fills the night air as does the barking of gunfire.

That's our cue...

The two heroes down below marvel amusedly as the two guards outside T.L.'s apartment all but shit their pants. Not sure what to do, the two gangsters dash back inside their building as fast as possible.

As they do so, Raging Tiger and Ookami bolt across the pavement.
So far so good!

Now get descriptive dammit!

Cobalt? You're currently on some kind of makeshift barracks level. Lots of angry black men with firearms here. Have fun!

Tiger races up the stairs toward the door of the building and as he reaches the top stair he leaps to kick the door in hopefully knocking back anyone who is on the other side. "Roaring Zodiac Feet" he mutters to himself just as he contacts the door. He finishes his move with a roll and then pops to his feet searching for the next target or if no one is visible the way to Tough Luck's apartment.

"Knockouts only Ookami, no need to leave a trail of corpses in our wake," the hero rasps.

3rd Edition M&M is all about Comic Book Justice. Death results are few and far between with the new rules. Incapacitated is the new Standard for Damage Results. They actually go out of their way to address this too! Something I (and many others) am glad they did ;)

Cobalt roars his defiance at the gang members all corded muscles and fury. Rushing to snatch one up to throw at his cohorts.
At work so do not have my books at the moment, so cut me off where appropriate. Basically cobalt wants to grapple to pick the closest gang member, with the idea of throwing him at other gang members when possible.

Ookami nods, "No point in shedding the blood of weak." He then moves to the alley beside the building, "Front door then up, or climb to the top then down?"

**Ookami & Raging Tiger**
Ookami is left with only the sounds of scampering feet as an answer to his question, for Raging Tiger has already chosen now as the time to act. The masked hero dashes up the stairs and then proceeds to kick the door leading into Tough Luck's apartment building. "Roaring Zodiac Feet..." mutters Tiger, his body shifting into a hybridized maneuver of teleportation and lunging bicycle kicks. *WHAM!* the door to T.L.'s building is knocked clean off its hinges and it flies inward. The dreadful moans and gasps are then heard as the last man entering the building is caught by the force of the door and knocked unconscious.
Lost all my die results for attacking the door and then the slam attack on our thug peon. Not trying to remember them either. Just know you KO'd a Minion ;)

In retrospect, when attacking Inanimate Objects, you can choose to do so as a Finishing Attack (Automatic Hit) or by making a Standard Attack. When doing the latter, you gain treat the (hopefully successful) attack as a Critical Hit (+5 to damage effect DC).

I did the latter on Raging Tiger.
"What the Fuck!?" cries the other thug as he spins around and raises his pistol towards Tiger.

With only moments to act, Ookami...

**Cobalt**
Roaring violently, Cobalt finds himself surrounded by angry members of Sex Money Murder. Bullets bounce off the giant behemoth's azure-colored hide as he stomps forth and jaws one of his nearby opponents, rendering the hapless man quite unconscious. Cobalt then roars aloud as he hoists the main aloft into the air by the scruff of his neck and prepares to toss him into the others like a football. Meanwhile, the panicked gang-members continue to fire their guns; the noise drawing interest from the dojo outside.

It would seem that the heroes' plan is working. Members of SMM are rapidly making their way to the damaged crackhouse.
Be sure to check out the 3rd Edition Rules thread in OOC for info on tossing characters about. You have Fast Grab and Improved Grab which lets you punch a person then initiate a free Grab attempt in the same round. All with one hand ;)

Ookami lunges towards the guy starting to aim his gun at Tiger, Lashing out with a quick strike to the chest, followed by an attempt to grab his throat. As he does so, he rasps into his ear, "Raising an alarm would not be wise, go down easy and you live."
Unarmed strike the guy, with Fast grab to try and grab his throat.
