Well, I say with all the team change, we drop the keeper option from everyone and start fresh. Yeah, add the new folks and drop the old.

Sounds okay to me. Next year, I'll make sure everyone clicks the 'keep me' button. Sounded like it was a new concept and many didn't know they had to click the keep button before they lost their players. Although, it sucks that I'm losing Foster now

I just noticed that after I reset the draft, we got our players back. So how about we do 1 keeper for existing teams. Then let new joins draft a 0 round pick. Then everyone starts draft round 1 with 1 player? As originally proposed?

ALL existing team owners should log into ESPN and click My Team->Keepers and pick a keeper. Or just tell me who you want to keep and I can edit your keeper for you.

After last season owners picks a keeper, then all other players are dumped into draft. Then new owners (and last season owners who didn't want a keeper) pick a Round Zero (0) choice. That way everyone has 1 player, then normal drafting starts.

So even new players, get a player before real draft starts. New players should do a random roll to see who picks first, then pick any player.

Last season owners don't need to pick a keeper, they can choose to pre-draft alongside new owners in Round 0 and take chances with random dice roll/draft position.

After every team has 1 player, then normal draft (we did snake last year).

Normal draft should run reverse standings from last year with the newbies picking last.
