Mission One: Safety Violation

It's been twelve long years since "The Year of the Comet" and Japan was forced to issue orders that would withdraw their troops from the surrounding regions of their Empire in order to help rebuild their devastated Homeland. Among the Corporations seeking to gain favor in their Emperor's eyes, Mitsuhama, Renraku, & Shiawase stand out as the three most prominent ones to do so. Having already slipped in favor in the past, Renraku Corporation has vowed to do so with fervency and once more reclaim their Number One position amongst the others. Enter our Players and Game.

Leviathan snorts, in an approximation of a laugh. "I'm the one who's likely to dive off the platform." He is attempting a joke, referring to his love of the water, but it comes out flat. He stays behind in the room with the others, but often looks out the door after his sister. "Well, it can't hurt to see what you can find out anyway," he says to Lyssa.

Silently, Gun wishes he was the one seducing the woman, he wouldn't be some mind numbingly bored. He sits down, sighs, closes his eyes, and starts twiddling his thumbs. He hopes their hacker can get some information and the other two, the ones hell bent on going off and creeping through the night, don't get them all caught.

"Might take a few hours" Lyssa lays down on the bunk, then falls limp from the VR.

Looks like Hayabusa was under the impression you lot were still at the chopper pad, so I'll interweave everything to maintain conformity.

Designated smoking regions are clearly outlined in grey hash-marks about the Leviathan's surface.

There is one just at the top of the stairs, to the right of the doorway leading down to your room.

One can also smoke within the Rec Hall and Mess Room as the ventilation and filtration systems there are set up to handle such activities.

Similar outlined areas are clearly marked there as well, so essentially wherever you see gray hash-marks, you can smoke there.

Pretty simple...
Having been shown to their room, Crow and Maeng depart down the hallway. The two can then be seen entering a room a short distance aways to the north. Maeng barks something into her commlink as she travels.

<Korean>
"This is Maeng. Send a courier to my room with the hardcopies of our A.I.R.'s and an Employee Manifest. Both should be in the large blue folder on the top right corner of my desk. Make it fast!"

The woman then smiles warmly as she shows her guest to the inside of her room. "Inside my lil sweet-talker," Maeng begins playfully, "We've got much to do and not long to do it in."

Meanwhile, back out in the hall, the two remaining security guards make sure the others are inside their room before taking off down the hall themselves. Shortly thereafter, Lyssa's body goes limp and she pretends to be asleep whilst trying to sniff about the matrix.

Remembering where the designated smoking areas aboard the Leviathan are located, Point eventually decides to take a stroll and test the rig's preliminary security. Despite minor protest, Leviathan ultimately opts to stay behind and assist Gun with the mind-numbing task of playing babysitter to an unconscious hacker, Lyssa.
Grrr...looks like a baby splitup for the time being. Will get things rolling ASAP and am at work all night so can hopefully sneak posts in amidst Lotto people. Not a big jackpot night so hopefully we can knock this out w/o much difficulty, the Matrix stuff being the hardest and most time consuming me thinks.

Yeah, sorry about that. I now found it hidden in a huge post from the boss himself when I was away. I must've overlooked it.

Crow returns the smile and slips inside Maeng's room. "Don't worry," he replies. "There'll be time enough to get the job done, even though I intend to give things a thorough going over." With that the door closes and he's alone with the rig administrator.
My intention is to give the spreadsheets a cursory look through and then move on to more -um- important things. The idea is to make it look like Crow is an inspector who's more interested in what's in the spread sheets than in the spreadsheets.
