Before the Pull: A Dangerous Curiosity

Aelryn raises an eyebrow at this last bit. "Where is that exactly? From what you've told me, I shouldn't be asking for directions here."

"Hard to explain. Just outside the merchant's district, the roads with all the tents. Big sign out front. Just says Old Jack. Also, there's a picture of a naked woman." Two Jacks smiles, "Come on, we don't have all night."

Aelryn nods to Jacks and prepares to climb, following Two-Jacks up and out of the sewers. He keeps his bow strung and climbs with it in his hand, ready to take a shot as soon as it's necessary.

Action

Aelryn will follow Jacks up the ladder, keeping his bow ready. When he reaches the top, he'll ready an action to fire at any guards in sight, prioritizing those that Jacks isn't dealing with

The pair come up out of the sewers, entering the alleyway behind a large building. At first, everything seems clear, there is no one here and no signs of guards. But, after a few moments, three men come out of a door in the back. One of them is almost like a giant, and another wears the uniform of the Crimson guard, but the last looks out of place compared to the first.
