The more we are able to embrace pain in our lives, the more deeply we will feel those things that we all desire: love, joy, connection, and peace. Those who come hear are mourning a loss, but can come out wiser than they came in. After the Attack, spending time in this community can be of benefit to you as well, even if the trauma is from a different source. Mourning with those that mourn.
