So, I used to do a lot of posting during work. Unfortunately, it has resulted in me not always focusing on my paperwork until the end of the day. Getting home an hour or 2 late every night was getting old. I have been making adjustments and have been avoiding this site during work hours so that I can stay focused on my job. Of course, even though I have been getting home earlier, I still have to deal with 5 kids and other responsibilities. I'm trying to find a balance.

That is very smart. When I realized I didn't have enough time, I started getting up early. Before I was going extreme... 4:30am. That lasted a couple weeks, until I realized I wasn't going to bed early enough to keep up with it. Now it's between 5 - 5:30am. Of course, I can't stay up late (well, sure it's fine if I do once a week like Fri or Sat), so I have to try to get to bed by 10... doesn't always happen.

I need to set aside once a day to check the site and reply to all posts. It doesn't really matter what time of day, as long as it is every day (or every other in some cases).
