In the final days of the Clone Wars Dark Lord of the Sith, Palpatine issued Order 66. The clone troopers throughout the galaxy turned on the Jedi and began killing them. Darth Vader marched on the Jedi Temple and with the 501st Legion eradicated the Jedi Order.
Yet not every Jedi was caught in the purge as a small number escaped into hiding. The Inquisitorius was born, Force-sensitive agents working for the Empire to hunt down the remaining Jedi and wipe them out. For nearly twenty years the Empire has expanded without Jedi opposition, until now...
Onichi stands before the pad, he pretends for a moment, then pulls his blaster, takes aim on nearest Stormtrooper who is about to shout, then fires. The blast is perfect, and he hits the white armored solider in the chest sending him flailing backwards dead!
Vashu's blaster is also out and shooting almost at the same time as Cander's. The pair team up and put two shots into another of the Stormtroops felling him! Its almost impossible to tell who took the enemy down, it may be a matter of debate for a while.
The stormtrooper, now aware of what's going on shout as Cander and Onichi once again...
Cander is used to situations going from tense to terrible at a moment's notice, although mostly they end in shouting matches and lost trades, rather than a gunfight. But his high-strung nerves serve him well today, and he keeps on blasting with his pistol, hoping there aren't a whole bunch of more Stormtroopers just around a corner somewhere.
Repeat! Take another 2 Strain for the double-aim.

Cander stays focused, if not a bit strained. He drops to one knee, braces his elbow and takes aim on one of the troopers. He puts a blast into its knee causing the white clad enemy to stagger and stumble down on one knee for moment, that should slow him down a bit.

Onichi pauses in his actions long enough to confirm that the trooper he'd felled was indeed dead. Satisfied that he was indeed down for the count, the detective notes the other two troopers nearby and, after watching Cander wing one of them, decides to focus on the other. Sharply swiveling his pistol in the direction of the two oncoming bucket heads, Onichi can only momentarily aim down his sight before loosing another crimson bolt.
Aim X1, Shoot uninjured stormtrooper.

Onichi pauses long enough to take aim on the situation. He fires off his blaster clipping the other Stormtrooper in the shoulder making him spin around and topple backwards, fumbling his blaster for a moment. That's going to slow him down as well.
The two remaining troopers finally, if not slowly, get their blasters up and fire at the exposed Cander. The short volley from the pair of troopers go a bit wide, and strike a pile of fuel barrels stacked up about mid way between them and Cander. The resulting explosion knocks both Stormtroopers backwards and onto their asses. Cander is sprayed with shrapnel and burning fuel that scorches and pierces him something terrible as he screams in pain.

Onichi Aim, Shoot #4: GGGBP : SSSAA = 9 - 5 Soak = 4 + Black to Trooper's Next Roll
Vashu fires again, while trying to move towards Cander's ship. She knows they'll be safer with the stormtroopers dead and no one to call in an attack on the ship--but she also doesn't know when reinforcements will arrive. She looks anxiously at Cander as he screams, but he still seems to be standing and they can deal with his wounds when they're on the ship.
Maneuver: Move towards ship.

Vashu moves toward the ship and as she does he takes aim one crippled Stormtrooper. Her blaster fires, *pew*, and strikes him in the chest. It just enough to send him toppling backwards onto the tarmac. He does move any time soon.

Cander screams in pain, trying desperately to brush off the burning fuel and debris that blasted his body. He completely panics, stops firing, and lurches towards his ship, trying to get to safety. As soon as he gets near enough, he desperately types in the access code, yearning to get inside to his medical kit, with the blessed painkillers.
Rolled a random Die of Evil at my desk, and rolled low. He tries to run for it! He's no D&D Paladin, he's a survivor.

Cander screams, he's suffering pretty badly, and his flight instincts kick in. He races, scrambling on the ground and up on two feet to the hatch control pad. With shaking and blood fingers he types in the code and the door opens, he tumbles inside.
The rising smoke from the burning pile of fuel surely has alerted more people to what's going on here -- at least you hope the safety and fire suppression droid!

"Sithspit!" curses Onichi, instinctively raising an arm to shield his eyes from any wayward shrapnel that might sail forth in his direction. Though grateful to find himself spared from injury, the agonized cry of Cander causes a surge of panic in the detective, knowing full well how fragged they'd all be were they to lose the one person that could effectively pilot this vessel.
Lowering his arm, Onichi is relieved to find that Cander, although badly injured, has managed to retreat within the ship's hold while Vashu has whittled down their opposition to a single trooper in the midst of her hasty retreat to their ticket to ride. The Pantoran sends the Togrutan a nod as she passes by and zeroes in on the straggler, pinching one eye shut to better line up his shot.
