Well I'm glad my latest Post gave you a big pointer. That elevated room to the east has a secret staircase going into a basement area. The Warehouse has always been a Front, hiding her safehouse in plain sight. But the bad guys caught up with her just as they got to the hideout, and are now occupying it. Jump Mr. Smiles and her couple goons too fast for them to really call for help, and go down to save your Patron.

Affirmative. The mooks seem to be thinking they should just cut and run, while the bosses seem to be more interested in interrogation and the like.
