Currently what's most likely going to occur (if everybody continues in their current strategy), is Crichton getting beaten to a pulp, maybe a bitch-slap to Aurelia, and then they walk away victorious. You know, having put you in your place. Nobody is getting killed, you'll need some healing, and life goes on. Since everyone is distracted, minimal loss of face for you.

If you don't like that eventuality, feel free to change your approach.

What's Mercutio supposed to do with the handing over of letter? Just seek out the greenhorn noble once the formalities are through with?

Basically. She is giving the glory to someone else, so they stick out with this new guy.

I am asking because I am not sure what Mercutio is expected to do, is there some formalized role in the ceremonial pomp? Or is it something that comes after?
