OOC - Persona/Operation Actions

Separate from the IC timeline, you can perform 2 Persona Phases in Oppara. The Agents you have assigned to you could come from Oppara itself, or your (not yet revealed) target destination. The benefits of the 2nd Persona Phase will last through to the end of Act 1.

Precisely. The 2nd Persona Phase (since you'd then have Rank 2 in something, if you were going for that), you could do a Basic Operation instead. I'll be putting up the List of those tonight.

So I guess Betram will get Sagacity 1 and Heroism 1 (for his fighting).
In the persona phases he would attempt to raise Sagacity and then do "Drive Legislation (Sagacity)". Would that work?

What I remember most from first act was Mercutio stringing his cousin along for a little sabotage, so Charm 1 and Subterfuge 1 seems appropriate.

For first action: Organize Party seems very, very appropriate

Dunno, what else might be good, could try more persona-development for charm 3 like arrange secret meeting since that sounds interesting, or gather information operation.
