"I'll see what I can do."

Rory tries to find the security console - the computers in the office would be too easy. Managerial offices, perhaps? He'll first check the front desk computer (if that's the one, he'll be baffled) on the first floor. Next would be the rooms at the end of either halway that have no surveillance in them, then 2nd and then 3rd floor managerial offices. Eventually, if all that fails, he'll look on the 4th floor (roof?).

He'll try to disable elevators, set HVAC to freezing, see what else is available, and try to find a way to manually grant his smartphone remote admin access.

The process of turning the third floor into a killing room takes Arthur about 10 minutes, the end result is a room full of narrow icy passages leading to spike traps which are cleverly disguised by the rubble that was generated by the dismantling of the cubicles in the room, towards the back of the room is Will quietly sitting on his icy cage, once done with the deconstruction and reassembly of the room Arthur goes into the many offices looking for a jacket to give to Will to protect him from the cold. In one of the offices he finds a suit jacket that will do enough to help Will weather the cold, finally he closes all the blinds down to prevent people from looking in from the outside. While Arthur lays his traps down Christopher hacks into the HVAC system and lowers the temperature as much as the system will allow. He goes into the building's security room and easily tapes into the machines, from here he can open and close emergency doors as well as close the large emergency strong chain link blockers designed to prevent thieves from entering the building, when activated all the main doors are closed shut and the lower windows as well. This emergency process also shuts the down the elevators also.

Finally he goes into a small service room that has a small ladder going up towards a trap door labelled "Roof Access", the hatch is locked with a sturdy looking pad lock but doesn't seem like anything someone like Hera couldn't handle.

Borkules spends his time going around the building with Hera looking at the layout of the building and learning the possible exit routes in case they need to leave in a pinch.

After 15 minutes Hammerhead's voice comes through the P.A system announcing the start of the exercise. Everyone gets to their station and wait to make their move, for a while nothing happens, a very eerie silence hangs ove the area. It is broken by a thunderous sound coming from the park below, where a large figure is lurking.

Hera looked toward the window, before running over and looking outside, seeing the large figure. This could be an issue off the bat, so they need some sort of plan... probably a good hard punch. He whistled softly to Borkules, "We got a large target, Not sure what Quirk it is."
If the figure charges for the building, Hera will transform and either go for just a punch or a horn strike

Upon closer inspection you quickly realize that the large figure standing on the park is the golem that the kid with the brush used during the strength test.

Wow! That's a big guy that little guy made!

Borkules stares out the building, thoughtfully maybe? It's hard to tell. He's a dog.

He's definitely too big to get into the building. So that's one problem solved!

Without accessibility from his phone, Chris opts to leave the security measures active and locks the console with a new password - complicated, but short.

Text message from Chris to group
"New security password: _obBys3"

"Chance of failure: 39%. First priority target: painter." Curious; how did he find us so quickly?

He looks for Arthur. "You should try to freeze that golem's joints before we depart. We'll look for the painter and take his tools. Hera, we're counting on you to hold him off."
when we go searching, let's canvas the park first. easiest spot to clear first, very little cover. Heck, the painter could still be hiding there. That's the last place where I expect anyone to be, much less place their hostage.

"The problem isn't him getting IN the building, its him getting TO the building!" Hera moved past Borkules and made his way out of the building (assuming the entrance is facing the golem), charging toward the golem. With a hard stomp, Hera's muscles amped up, putting him in his transformed state.

(for a clear description) Hera's height increased by a foot and a half, the horns on his head got bigger, and his muscle mass increased. His eyes seemed to white out and he let out a fierce battle cry. Tightening a fist, he went to swing a punch at the golems center of gravity. If he couldn't destroy it, he hoped he could at least topple it.

Hera steps outside and makes his approach towards the Golem, as he does his body mass increases, his muscles swelling, and horn growing. Hera starts running in order to get a better shot at the enemy, the Golem turns to face the oncoming attack, Hera raises his fist and delivers it to the Golem's rocky face, the creature stumbles back part of it's face cracking and falling off as it's body loses balance and goes down on one knee, it looks up at Hera with it's now deformed face before sinking into the ground and disappearing.

Inside the building Rory, Borkules and Arthur look on as Hera Triumphally collapses the very large enemy to the ground, they watch intently as the Golem sinks into the ground and disappears. Suddenly a loud crashing sound emanates from the roof of the building. The group looks at each other before deciding what to do.

Almost at once Arthur turns, facing the ceiling and summons his ice power in a cage around Will, it seems the test has started, and he wasn't ready. Then he starts to make pillars of ice, each one wedge between floor and ceiling, "If they are coming through the roof I'll try and keep the ceiling from collapsing on us!"

"I'm going up. We can detain them if they are neutralized. I'll need your help, Borkules."

Chris ascends the stairwell to intercept.

Chris will send a message to Hera that will include Borkules if he joins him.
"Break-in thru roof. ["I'm" or "Dog+Me"] intercepting."

I also wouldn't mind being flown up there if the dog is okay with that. =)
