Resource - Charters, Rumors and Quests
The Greenbelt is filled with adventure if you know where to go or who to talk to, and even if you don't the dangers don't simply go away. Collected here are the various charters the group might have gained over the course of their travels, quests both completed, and unfinished, or even unaccepted. Rumors and other tid bits of information also can be found in this thread. Each post will have its own set of items, some larger than others. We start with your opening charter as the game begins.
The Charter from Lord Mayor Ioseph Sellemius
Be it so known that the bearer of this charter has been charged by the Swordlords of Restov, acting upon the greater good and authority vested within them by the office of the Regent of the Dragonscale Throne, has granted the right of exploration and travel within the wilderness region known as the Greenbelt. Exploration should be limited to an area no further than thirty-six miles east and west and sixty miles south of Oleg's Trading Post. The carrier of this charter should also strive against banditry and other unlawful behavior to be encountered. The punishment for unrepentant banditry remains, as always, execution by sword or rope. So witnessed on this 24th day of Gozran, under watchful eye of the Lordship of Restov and authority granted by Lord Noleski Surtova, current Regent of the Dragonscale Throne.
The New Charter
Be it so known that the bearers of this charter, having delivered the northern reaches of the Greenbelt from the scourge of banditry, having provided detailed maps of the lay of the land, and having done no small amount of work in the exploration of said land and the culling of hostile monsters and indigenous hazards, are hereby granted the right to rule. The nature and laws of rule are theirs to define, and the wellbeing of this new nation is theirs to protect. In accordance for providing a stable nation to the south of central Rostland, let there be a generous stipend of funds, support, and advice provided to this fledgling nation as a token of Restov and Brevoy's goodwill, such that future relations between kingdoms might be mutually beneficial. So witnessed under the watchful eye of the Lordship of Restov and by the authority granted by Lord Noleski Surtova, current Regent of the Dragonscale Throne on this the 14th day the month of Erastus.

Re: Resource - Charters, Rumors and Quests
Stolen Land Explorers
Your group is but one of four groups chartered by the swordlords to explore and settle the Stolen Land. Here's what you know about the four regions in the Stolen Lands and who Brevoy sent to explore them. If you wish to learn more, your characters will need to ask around once the campaign begins. Most of this information was gained from Jamroar on your trip from Rostov to Oleg's Trading Post.
The Greenbelt: Dominated by the woodland known as the Narlmarches and the rolling hills of the Kamelands, this region is the one your group has been chartered to explore. Bandits are particularly rife in this area, and the rumors that they've organized under the banner of a bandit warlord who calls himself the Stag Lord are particularly troubling. You are to explore as much of the northern half of the Greenbelt as you can and, if possible, to find out more about this 'œStag Lord' and remove the bandit threat from the region. Other rumored problems in the region include numerous dangerous monsters and wildlife.
Glenebon Uplands: The swordlords sent a relatively experienced band of adventurers into the westernmost reach of the Stolen Lands'€"an area that is supposedly under the rule of the bandit kingdom of Pitax (although that River Kingdom has done very little to prove its claims over this area).
The Slough: The East Sellen River runs through the swamps known as Hooktongue Slough. Rumor holds that the swordlords sent actual Brevic government agents into this swampy area.
Nomen Heights: The easternmost reaches of the Stolen Lands contain a low mountain range and border the longruined realm of Iobaria. The swordlords sent a band of mercenaries into this region, rumors hold.

Quest: Davik's Revenge

Task: The Stag Lord is likely not interested in surrendering— you will will likely need to kill him in order to complete this quest.
Completion: Word of the Stag Lord's defeat must be sent to Restov—if his body is not available as proof, an agent of the swordlords shall arrive in the area shortly to confirm the banditry has been addressed.
Reward: 5,000 gp, plus a new charter to settle land and establish a colony in the Greenbelt—this charter and its ramifications are dealt with in Pathfinder Adventure Path volume #32!!!

Re: Resource - Charters, Rumors and Quests
During your time at Oleg's you picked up a few rumors. These rumors come from the various folks that have passed through, including Oleg and the locals you've come to know. (I probably should have posted some of these a while back, but I finally decided to compile them.) Many of these rumors you've put to rest already, or have inadvertently started yourself as you've told of your exploit.
Breeg Orlivanch, a foul-mannered trapper, has been missing for some time - they say he gave up trapping and joined the bandits!
Some of the bandits wear silver amulets that resemble a stag's skull - these bandits belong to a debased cult dedicated to a hideous animal demon.
There used to be a bridge crossing the Shrike River to the southeast, but bandits ruined it. They say the old bridge keeper Davik Nettles haunts the place now.
The bandits are getting braver and more organized, and there's whispers that they have a new leader—a man who dresses in animal's bones and calls himself the Stag Lord.
Bandits aren't the only things in the Kamelands that cause trouble - there's a tribe of kobolds and a tribe of mites living somewhere in the hills too. They aren't as much trouble as the bandits, but their presence certainly makes the idea of settling the land less attractive.
The primary trade route from the River Kingdoms to Brevoy is the East Sellen River, a major waterway that runs through a swampy region to the west called the Hooktongue Slough. The trade route's been closed for several months, though, due to an increased amount of violence from the boggard tribes that dwell there -- hopefully the frog folk keep to the swamp and don't turn their bulging eyes east toward the Narlmarches!
A group of evil monks and priests of a lesser-known goddess of hatred, extortion, and spite once dwelt on the northern shore of the Tuskwater to the south. I bet there are still cultists out there, and that they're behind the sudden rise in banditry!
Some people report that a unicorn lives in the Narlmarches, but sightings of the magnificent creature have fallen off in recent months. Perhaps the unicorn was driven out by the bandits?
Taldan colonists once made an attempt to settle in the Stolen Lands. They failed, but not for lack of resources. There's supposedly some old and abandoned mines somewhere in the Kamelands -- and some folks believe that there's gold in the hills!
An old friend of a friend had a brother who went missing in the Stolen Lands a while back. A traveling wizard. His spellbook's probably just rotting away in the underbrush or in some monser's lair. Shame, really!

Quests and Wanted Posters - Rivers Run Red Book 2
Here we collect the various wanted posters and side quests gathered during game play that remain open and unfinished for Book 2.
Rumors: Rumors along the southern boarders are that trolls have been spotted. The rumors are quickly quenched so not to cause a panic but you don't know if there is any truth to them yet. - The Trolls where hunted down and slaughtered.
The Stag Lord has risen from the dead and now stalks the Greenbelt, gathering an army of ghostly bandits from an ancient crypt in the eastern Kamelands. -Lem from Tatzlford told you this.
The Swamp Witch is friendly enough if you call out to her before you enter her yard—those foolish enough to trespass end up working for her as scarecrows or worse!
A green dragon lives in the Narlmarches and eats anyone who crosses its path. - From your Scouts
A brutish hill giant has been seen wandering the southern Kamelands. Give him a wide berth (or a stiff drink), and he’ll leave you alone. - From your Scouts
A tribe of violent lizardfolk led by a lizard king who talks to the spirits of his dead ancestors dwells deep in the southern swamps. - From your Spys
The old tower on the island in Candlemere marks a place where the boundary between this world and another has rasped thin—and is now guarded by some sort of deadly monster. - From your Spys
